Community Outreach and Partnerships

Our service and outreach opportunities are as diverse as our Soroptimist sisters. Everyone can find an activity to which they enjoy contributing. Activities grow and change with our membership. Some of our past highlights include: hosting the fall Dream It, Be It career conference for local 8th grade girls, drives for books and menstrual supplies, connecting with other Soroptimist groups through international Friendship Link, arranging programming during Women's History Month, partnering with community groups to raise awareness of domestic violence and human trafficking, adopting families for the holidays, awarding monetary education support to local women and girls, building with Habitat for Humanity, supporting Girls on the Run, and attending district, regional, and national Soroptimist meetings to share information and assist in service activities.
